Individual grazing

COVID-19 changed the way we do a lot of things, including how we cater events. Plattered Up pivoted from our large scale grazing tables, to provide our clients with gourmet, individually portioned or smaller sharing catering options in a number of unique ways. We have some standard options, but can also work with you to create what you are looking for. These individual options don’t just stop at catering, we can tailor individual welcome packs, wedding gifts for guests with a difference, or corporate hampers. A customer favourite would definitely be our individual antipasto boats, a perfect handful with a wine. Platters

At Plattered Up, platters are our jam! We love creating our beautifully displayed gourmet platters in a variety of selections and styles on our 30cm x 40cm sharing platters. This option allows us to pre make platters for you to collect from The Deli Nook ready to go, or arrange us to deliver them to you at the event location (delivery charges apply). Many clients choose to purchase a number of platters to be scattered across different tables, or to put out at different times throughout the event. We can also show you how to display them at different heights and angles for a tiered ‘grazing table’ look or in strips for a strip graze (see our mini graze option on our shop page). These are displayed ready to eat on the boards and transported in our custom boxes for safety on the way to your special event – catering in an instant!

CHEESE wheel CAKES

FOR LOVERS OF CHEESE.

What is better than cake? A cake made entirely of cheese. Over the last few years, gourmet cheese wheel ‘cakes’ have become the latest in celebratory food. These can cater for a a small gathering to over 100 guests depending on the wheel size, types and number of tiers. We can create the ideal cake and style for your needs and accompany it with all the good stuff, from dried muscatels, honeycomb, fresh fruits and florals, to incorporating it into one of our famous grazing tables. The options are endless and the style and wow factor is next level.
